A tenant is an isolated Ajaex instance with its own data, branding, users, and configuration. FM providers typically have one tenant per client contract; public sector organisations typically have one tenant per agency or directorate.
A site is a physical location managed within a tenant: a facility, building, campus, or estate. Each tier includes a site allowance and additional sites can be added at the per-site rate.
An operator seat is a named user account for staff who manage workflows, configure entities, or respond to requests. Operator seats are tier-included; additional seats can be added in packs.
Anyone who raises requests, books rooms, reports issues, or accesses tenant portals. Self-service users are unlimited on every tier; we never charge per requester.
An AI request is a single classification, document extraction, or RAG query handled by the platform's AI subsystems. The tier allowance covers a typical workload; additional requests can be added or paused via a configurable AI Definition.
AWS eu-west-2 (London) by default for Starter and Professional. Enterprise tier can pin to a chosen AWS region in line with AWS data residency standards. AI inference runs through AWS Bedrock in the same region.
Yes, by default. Starter and Professional are UK-resident on AWS eu-west-2 (London). Enterprise customers can specify a region of their choice.
Yes. We share a DPA during procurement and can sign before contract execution. We can also support a DPIA for public sector buyers as part of the implementation programme.
Yes. Ajaex is built to support GDPR compliance, including data subject rights, consent management, retention controls, and audit logging. We act as a data processor under your control as the data controller.
