00Standards coverage

What we run today.
What we are building next.

UK operations are judged against real standards, and the people evaluating a platform check them. So we are straight about it: a strong operational core and a deep safety foundation are live now, and the rest is on a build plan we will show you. No coverage we cannot demonstrate.

01Live today

The base is real, and you can see it run.

An operational core (ISO 41001)

A universal service desk, reactive and planned work orders, the site, space, and asset register, reporting, and a workflow engine. The operational system of record, in production.

A deep safety foundation (ISO 45001)

Permit to Work built to HSG250: templates and rules, RAMS and hazard libraries, structured isolation points, gas tests, fire watches, and a forensic signature trail, plus a statutory reference catalogue.

Audit and document control (ISO 9001)

A complete audit trail on every record, service agreements and contract scoping, and document control with versioning, expiry, and access logging.

02The full picture

Every standard, with an honest status.

Facilities Management

LiveOperational umbrella
Today
The operational system of record: a universal service desk, reactive and planned work orders, the site, space, and asset register, operational reporting, and the workflow engine that ties them together. This runs today.
On the build plan
The umbrella the standards below feed into. It gets stronger as each feed matures.

ISO 45001

Health & Safety / Permits

In developmentMust-have
Today
A deep Permit to Work foundation built to HSG250: permit templates and rules, RAMS and hazard, precaution, and PPE libraries, structured isolation points, gas tests and fire watches, method statements, toolbox talks, revalidations, and a forensic signature audit trail. Plus a statutory reference catalogue (LOLER, PUWER, PSSR, COSHH, ACoP L8, EICR, Gas Safety, Fire Risk Assessment).
On the build plan
The PTW lifecycle engine and an estate-wide statutory compliance register, per-asset due dates, certificates, pass/fail, and next-due, are in active development.

ISO 55001

Asset Management

In developmentMust-have
Today
A full asset register over a hierarchical estate: criticality, make, model and serial, install, commission and warranty dates, and a status lifecycle from operational through maintenance to decommissioned, with work orders linked to every asset.
On the build plan
Condition and reading history, replacement and lifecycle planning (remaining life, replacement cost), and a scored criticality model are next on the build plan.

ISO 9001

Quality Management

In developmentProcess layer
Today
Service agreements and contract scoping, a complete audit trail on every record, and document control with versioning, expiry, and access logging.
On the build plan
An NCR/CAPA corrective-action loop and SLA clock, breach, and KPI computation are in development.

SFG20

Maintenance Standard

In developmentUK FM expectation
Today
The maintenance data model: trades, categories, and a compliance-reference library that the schedule engine builds on.
On the build plan
The SFG20-aligned task library and PPM schedule engine, the maintenance spine UK FM expects, is a current build priority.

ISO 14001

Environmental Management

On the roadmapProcess layer
Today
Not yet started.
On the build plan
Energy, water, and waste capture, an obligations register, and waste duty-of-care tracking are planned.

ISO 50001

Energy Management

On the roadmapDifferentiator
Today
Not yet started.
On the build plan
Meter data, baselines, energy performance indicators, and BMS/IoT ingestion are planned.

ISO 19650 / COBie

BIM & Asset Handover

On the roadmapDifferentiator
Today
Asset records can already carry external COBie identifiers.
On the build plan
Full BIM, IFC, and COBie handover is planned.

03Why configuration wins

A standards-aware platform you shape to your regime.

The data model is built around the way regulated UK operations actually work: assets, locations, permits, certificates, contracts, and the audit trail that connects them. That is why a new compliance regime is configuration, not a rebuild.

It also means we do not have to pretend. When a standard is live, we demo it. When it is in development, we show you the foundation it is being built on. When it is on the roadmap, we tell you where it sits in the plan. The teams who evaluate operational software for a living trust that far more than a tick in every box.

Demonstrable today, transparent about tomorrow.
